L’Or du Cazar is a typically Moroccan virgin olive oil, hand-made and bottled in Tameslouht, below the Grand Atlas, with olives from our property’s orchard. Our olive oil’s aromatic and gustatory range is particularly rich. It bears traces of the Moroccan soil, climate and the type and maturity of the olives.

At Le Cazar, our passion for flavour and taste as well as our skill have led us, harvest after harvest, to produce an olive oil with great freshness and aromatic character. We make an extra virgin olive oil with golden, bronze and ruby sheens, which we religiously save for true experts and great gourmets.
